Problem is that Dreamwaever is for windows users only. However you can use Kompozer instead. And follow the tutorial in the same manner, Kompozer is free, Dreamweaver is not. And for linux users you will need to use Kompozer of which is freely available to you

Gotta check where you getting your infos from, brother! Go To adobe.com, download the free trial FOR MAC, then when the trial expires, Search for torrents like: adobe Dreamweaver cs5 crack or serial...

Ya have to sign up with a web hosting company such as Godaddy.com or Limewebs and pay for ur domain name, if avaiable, and then you need to pay for hosting either monthly or annually, always check if ur using templates like this lady cus you might have to give credit were credit is do
