If you read my comment more carefully I clearly state that weapons have been smuggled into the gaza strip via boat and so a vessel that 'claimed' to be humanitarian may have had such cargo. The deaths weren't right I agree with that. However, they were in violation of the Israeli blockade which warranted the raid and the humanitarian aid could have been given to an authorised charity etc.

So it looks like ISrael is not above the law, but acting within the rules of law, specifically, within the parameters of the San Remo Protocol.

I don't understand your opinion on the blockade. The fact is, the palestinians have refused each and every opportunity for a two state sollution, beginning with that of 1948. Ever since then, they themselves have been their greatest enemy.
Any voice within palestine, calling for peace has been forcefully silenced - by the palestinians. In a big way this happened when Fattah and Hamas fought, with Amnesty International reportin horrible abuses on both sides. Human shields etc.

This video is a joke. The UN published the draft of the report of the flotilla that determined that Israel obeyed international law. My friend were on that ship. That ship was warned four times before any Israeli soldier boarded it. I wish you would stop spreading lies and half truths. There is no humanitarian crisis in Gaza. @eranlapid That is why Israel, having declared a maritime blockade, has every right to board and check any vessel attempting to run the blockade - they have established the blockade to prevent arms from being delivered to Gaza, and should they find arms on a vessel, they have the right to detain the vessel, and sieze the arms. If there are no arms found aboard, the IDF may allow the vessel to continue - this is the very reason for the blockade - to check....
