2 ways/one by zipping the throat,the other by wheezing in that airy falsetto.Try whispering with force,u will feel something in the top of the throat.Thats the part i use to whistle.BUT DONT TRY IT TOO OFTEN IT WILL DESTROY YOUR THROAT,I RARELY DO THAT ANYMORE.

i dunno. i cant whistle all the time. mainly, i whistle by wheezing,like you are having an asthma attack .lol

maybe trying whistling anyhow. dont over strain or your voice will be gone. no matter what note you whistle or how it sound, just hold on to it.And eventually you will be comfortable with the range. And you can whistle with more ease.
