@emma1981catlover I had an uncle by marriage who was a cousin (Loyal Brown). He was from Sheridan Arkansas, not far from the town the Brown's grew up in. This is how I first became aware of the Browns. I think it is more than pride Stone shows; it is an association with fame he desires, in part.

delightful! I didn't know this version of O'Cangaceiro existed, but I love it. Smoother than Tex Ritter's interpretation. An absolute delight and has renewed my acquaintance with The Browns
