to shey man your right....the mangekyou wielder looses eye sight unless they take someone else eye. so itachi realized that after he killed his bestfriend suishi that he was going blind.....and allowed sasuke to live....and in the end he regretted killing his friends....his clan...his family...sasuke stopped hating itachi jsut becasue of that....itachi is a good person gone demented thanks to madara uchiha......tobi....even though he drove itachi crazy....he is a good char....cool anyways

no orochimaru is in Sasukes CS Itachi forces him out then uses Susanoo on him then walks over to sasuke and pokes him in the forehead like he use to also inplants his Amaterasu into sasukes one eye soo if Tobi aka Madara or the mizukage shows sasuke his Sharingan it would come out at Madara but it didnt would out to well cause Madara is still alive
