yeah sure i've seen him doing it plenty of times. its basically just takes a gas tap, an empty 2 litre bottle and some washing up liquid! You have to cut the bottle in half and put the top half upside down with the gas tap going up the hole. You then put washing up liquid in and turn on the gas. it starts making methane bubbles, which you then collect off the top of the bottle, and set alight elsewhere.
are you daring enough to light it off your hands like Downe though, that's the question :P
