The only reason why i didn't buy the wii is because all the game are for kids. So with xbox or PS3 move it should be really cool, i hope. With nice action game, maybe.. Gonna wait a little before buying it. I'm not really sure how you will be able to play FPS on NATAL. I mean with PS3 it gonna be like the Wii but with better game and graphic. Anyway, can't wait to see that.

Desperate attempt to beat the Wii. I really dont think many ppl will actually buy this for their XBOX -> not many games will be sold -> not many developers will actually make games for this. Wii is another story, b/c wiimote is standard, and not an optional extra, therefore every game developed on wii is developed with wiimote in mind...

Why does anyone think this would be succesfull, im mean jeez, its not like the wii was the biggest success. its abit tiring to be honest. noone wants to be jumping around like that for longer than 5 minutes.. honestly id prefer a controller in my hand where i have full controll over my character withough jumping around like a loony.

You're not being forced to jump around, it's the more basic features of this technology that would actually be useful, like for example, you simply wave your hand while lying on the sofa to scroll through a menu, rather than having to grab your controller and push buttons on it.

@drummeratsix the Wii was massively successful. this is really the next logical step in gaming after the Wii's and Sony's motion control systems.

I can actually see Project Natal really becoming the standard for video game controls in the future. Imagine first person shooters with this technology once it's made to be more precise. It would be an incredible experience.

@drummeratsix im sure that you can still use the controller for harcore games like halo or gears, but now u dont need a headset and you get the 3D illusion through head tracking w/o using 3D glasses. there's no way that they would make all of those games use full body motion, otherwise they'd loose a crapload of money. natal has potential

this is just like Eye toy, but with better graphics, and Wii is not over, they have Mario and Zelda, plus the Project Natal games will be Wii sports and Wii Racing games, i bet you there will be complications, everything has complications.

the eye toy reads decals from various objects if you ask it. speaking of asking it, it using voice commands. plus, it reads the ENTIRE body.
