  • seen him do this at a Seni expo, against some really big bodybuilders, arm wrestlers, and maritial artists,he was on his own against about 12 guys, and he gave them 100 start,he just kept going and the others struggled to get into double figures, hes a machine...awesome

  • tell me pls,how to do this workout? is it only like on this video or have something else?

  • @prikljucak For details on this exercise and challenge go to the Maximuscle webiste /draganchallenge

  • Why does Dragan always drop into that crouch position when he is finished with his challenge workout?

  • @xxdonaldqxxx Bcs blood presure, need to go down from upper body...

  • @o0SpamOo Thanks,I was wondering why he did that.

  • @o0SpamOo Will doing this movement on a daily basis be over training the upper body with so many reps? I have been doing the challenge and like the results but have been wondering about the question of over training the shoulder and arm muscles.

  • @xxdonaldqxxx we dont do this daily, 3 times per week but its only 1 exercise, there is also other we do but this is one for challenge...

  • @bbefme This moves strengthens back and will make your abs rock hard. It isn't about gaining muscle, it is about strength endurance. Do 75 reps(1/10th the reps Rajko can do) of these with 20Kg then get back to us, I'll give you a year. It WILL NOT be easy!

  • what the?! how awesome is this?!

  • WHATS THE BEST WAY TO TRAIN FOR THIS ??

  • @MRpseudoDUDE Well Dragan trains every single day with this exact move for endurance, the last time I talked to him he hadn't missed a day in almost 2 years. Weight varies slightly. He told me to train with much lower weight than him and move up only when I can do 500 reps. The grip goes so have to relax the grip on the press. I have skinny marathon runner arms and got 544 reps with 25 pounds after 6 weeks.

  • @scrabbleking1965

I can't stay that counting. I estimate how many I do in a minute and multiply that with the time I have done. It won't be very accurate but it does the trick

  • @nocomment8273 Takes me about 2:10 for 25 reps but I don't count anymore and just focus on time, yesterday did 2 sets of 20 min with 14Kg, last week did 30 min with 14Kg each hand.

  • Yes Bobby!

  • outrageously awesome

  • baker is a cool customer!

  • That is Awesome, It really does come down to technique on that move!

  • Thats outrageous!! Dragan is like the bullet proof monk
