NIce. The ultimate setup if you were daleking live in the field woudl be some sort of IR head tracker, like a wiimote and a baseball cap with three ir leds or something with freetrack. That would leave your hands free to manipulate the exterminator and the plunger.

Of course, motorizing the head might mean you would have to do everything remotely.

How did you do the shoulder section and slats? I think I have everything else on my build pretty much nailed (besides neck rings), but I just don't get how you make the completed shoulder on an NSD, I can understand a Classic Dalek, but, how do you actually create the slants on the slats and the bare shoulder?

Yes, you can make everything from wood apart from the dome.

You will need a plunge router to make the neck rings though.
