  • It certainly is....specially when you move there from the sunny Isle of Wight.

  • It doesn't come any better than this! Love the KLF. Thanks

  • northurn shithole monnkey gravy onion carwash kuntz

  • Oh, and London's horrible too. It's like one of those Habitrail things they have, made of tubes for hamsters to run round in. Only packed solid with fuckin hamsters, everywhere you go, everywhere you look, fuckin filthy Cockney hamsters. Overcrowded and dead on their little paws.

  • I'm from the North, moved down South by mistake, and it has to be said, It's Shit Down South.

  • Birmingham Wolverhampton Coventry Walsall West Brom Dudley its grim in the Midlands :D

  • @bcfcjc thats cos your a cunt son

  • Comment removed

  • @Indiscriminate35 soft cunt you are talking shite

  • bradford.

  • I like to listen to this while I look areas of Northern England on Google Maps. Love the UK and love the KLF!

  • When this came out was a wee kid in SA loving this song, having no fecking clue what he was on about but loving the moodiness of the song. Now well, the weather up North is grim though> it might be my hearing but I sense the singer is Scottish?

  • I had to move to Southampton - its grimness puts anywhere up north to shame! In 20+ years living in the north west I never came across anywhere as boring.

  • The north may be grim but is never boring! Aside from London, the whole of the south is grim AND boring.

  • @Murmeltier616 : You deliver some quite glaring generalizations, sir.

"The whole of the south is grim and boring", "aside from London", you

say. Have you ever been to Hainult? Have you ever been to Stratford?

Both are parts of London, and both possess a unique grimness and

stagnation. And I'd hardly label Oxford grim and boring when you say

"the whole of the south is grim and boring". With respect, grow an

    analytical brain, please.

  • The Beatles, Oasis, Stone Roses, Arctic Monkeys, Scouting For Girls, Bring Me The Horizon, Iron Maiden, The Wombats.... to name but a few :)

  • @Catlookinjeans : Iron Maiden, "northerners"? I think not. But then again, in

the grand scheme of things, we're all citizens of the world . . . yes?

  • @bezerker5051

I think you'll find that Bruce Dickinson at least was from Worksop/Sheffield... which is north?

  • @Catlookinjeans And Janick Gers is from bleedin' Hartlepool. But in "almost"

every other respect and aspect the band has East London at the core of its

identity . . . if one has a prejudicial mind for this type of arbitrary division, sire.

  • THE NORTH SHALL RISE AGAIN!

  • I can't believe my home town of Glossop gets a mention.

In case anyone's interested,it's a rainy little basin full of inbreds and sheep shaggers.

Basically,a stepping stone between Manchester and Sheffield.

  • @TheVimtoMoustache : Didn't Wittgenstein come up with a few

    propositions while living in Glossop?

  • @bezerker5051 No. I believe he did so whilst watching The League Of Gentlemen being filmed in Glossops downtrodden half brother- Hadfield.

Hadfield is, by and large,a hamlet of B&Q garden sheds shoehorned into a hollowed out dog turd which you may be unlucky enough to step in when you reach the end of the M67.

  • @TheVimtoMoustache : Quite an articulate outburst. Anyway, I lived in Leyton,

London, for a year, and it was effing grim down there, I can tell you. The whole

area was a septic boil on the buttocks of humanity. However, I feel a kind of

nostalgia for the place now, long after feeling it was a region so foul it should

have been represented as and by a blank space on all A-to-Z publications.

  • I live in the US, and this song somehow applies here too. Cheers, UK. :D

  • @decoyoctopusra : Where does the North end and the South begin in the US?

  • @bezerker5051 I'm inclined to say the Mason-Dixon line. :)

  • @decoyoctopusra : Doesn't the Mason-Dixon line run through only

    a few states, though?

  • I received a severe twatting in Liverpool one night. Unprovoked.

But I still love "The North" and Liverpool. Liverpool is a part of "The North", isn't it?

  • Grim Up North....Whatever. Without the North, the South would go thirsty.

Where do you think you get your water from? Hmmm

  • @Emissary633 : Where does "The South" begin/start?

  • @bezerker5051 watford gap services

  • @scribs01 : Oh dear, I thought it was Ashby de la Zouch, and

so I've been ribbing the place for years.

  • @bezerker5051 ahhh everyone forgets about the midlands we are stuck in the middle of the north south divide we are just confused

  • @scribs01: Where do "the midlands" begin from the north, the south,

the east and finally the west?

  • @Emissary633 rutland!!!!!!

  • I think it has to be said though that apart from the crapness in Ireland the UK actually gets on with itself pretty well; of course there's 'banter' and there are the odd incidents of cretinism, but even if an event like Scotland becoming independant should ever happen it's inconceivable that there would be any sort of ethnic cleansing crap afterwards. If the price for that is being called "Southern shandy drinkers", or "Northern monkeys" etc, then it's probably a price worth paying.

  • @ashtree50 : I always thought that The Beautiful South should

have recorded a cover version of the KLF's "It's grim up north".

  • @bezerker5051 That would rock

  • I live In the south and hate It Lol. House prices are way too High. Great tune :)

  • What's the girl in the KLF helmet next to Bill doing? xD

  • @RectalSpoonNinja : The "girl" is doing nothing because it's a manikin.

  • @bezerker5051 That would explain why it never moved...

  • @RectalSpoonNinja: Indeed; and you can check-out further

    details on wikipedia.

  • it is not grim up north, im from lancashire but live in the south , i miss it every day :( best years of my life up there ! fab tune tho lol!

  • @rockchic33able : Settled in Australia for many years, and still I miss

the "grim North". Used to love watching Berwick Rangers make hard

work of an easy fixture in the pissing rain on a miserable weekday night.

Aye, grand times, 'twere. Grand times.

  • It may be grim up north but without us British music would be lame ;)

  • Everything is south to bill drummond. whats he on about? ha .. burn me a million quid.

  • From 2.26 onwards: Brilliant, stirring stuff! Jerusalem, the sound of rain, juggernauts and Northern electronica.

God, it makes me proud to be from this craphole.

  • Rather be a Northern Monkey than a Southern shandy-drinking pufta.

  • We'd like to apologise to our viewers in the north...,.it must be awful for you

  • @acesigma06 Nah its ok. We have this concept that you can get in a car and drive for an hour and be somewhere completely different!

  • accrington!! hahah lmao

  • nice close up of the fucntion one sound system, if that rig was up n running when they done this vid you would here it for miles,

  • The politicians sold the north down the river.

  • I think they need more speakers

  • Northern birds stink check out "Northern Birds" song.

  • @fredyfister lmao no they don't, and northern birds are miles fitter then southern birds

  • @CockneyBurberry : Where is the ' northern bird ' / ' southern bird ' divide?

  • It's even grimmer further up north. Geordies Wehay

  • One handsome man announcing here ...!

  • In bizarro world it's grim down south.

  • North sucks!!!!!

  • The North Rocks hard!

  • This is a political statement! They're not just slagging off Northerners. There's nowhere more important than our industrial north to the making of Britain and the decline of British industry has resulted in high unemployment for years. We're one country and I can asure you there are dodgy places ALL over Britain..and I live in the South! Think they went a bot off the beaten track mentioning places like York (have you been there?) but that's anarchists for you hehe! ;-)

  • @jeanius2 I live near York. A really nice place, even the "shit hole" areas are quite reasonable compared Hull, where the decent areas are actually still shit holes. :P

  • @jeanius2 hahaha yeah and its a pisshole

  • @MultiMav74 ...what is?

  • @jeanius2

Off the beaten track? Is York not in the North anymore..?

  • @aml7

Haha! I'm thinking you're joking..but just in case..my, comment wasn't literal...I meant including York was wrong because it isn't grim in the slightest!:P

  • @jeanius2

    Ha ha, ok.

  • @jeanius2 Are you sure it's not just an ironic / tongue-in-cheek thing? You can't get more ironic than two Scots 'dissing' the North (given that they come from way further north than any of the places mentioned). It's also amusing to note how they don't mention any places in Cumbria or the north-east like Carlisle / Morpeth / Newcastle / Berwick-upon-Tweed.

  • @cuntylishus

Yep..it might be! They were/are reknowned anarchists and I have to admit all the Socialists Workers I've come across lacked a sense of humour....(altho' had that sexy 'angry young man thing' going on but don't tell them I said so...). Knowing them...it might very well have just been a way of stirring it up a bit ( you know about the dead sheep..ahem!!! :-D ).

  • THE NORTH RULEZ OK!!

  • Us Northern Gals R the best!!.Tho sum of us were dragged away from home up 2 haggis land wen we were little......our seeds & love is still in the..Salford (Hometown..Hope Hospital)...Manchester..Accrington..Chorley....etc etc etc etc.... ;o) ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

  • Yorkshire and lancashire may be grim but without us british history would be a whole lot different,Sheffeild's steel and the whole of the north for it's coal and crops and wool from both sides of the pennines ,It's so nice down south because the north built the lovely places for fat cats to sell our wares mate simple....from building ships to trains and everything inbetween .. the north made it all . To be honest we could join with scotland and become independant and be better off

  • Comment removed

  • @TheGodofthebeer But you paint a picture of the diligently producing everything un the UK, so that it may be used for the leisure and pleasure of the southerners. This is not true - when the north was actually home to multiple industries and churning out commercial goods, it was actually a very wealthy place. Manchester was a bizarre place for Marx to settle as it had the highest per capita of millionaires. Of course, when other nations began competing, the north lost it's principal economy.

  • no more muslim immigration.problem solved.easy

  • even bingley gets a mention

  • Its a song..by KLF and its pretty apt...further north its a bit Better..do u u remember THEM..i do ?

  • I used to live up north in Leeds..It is f@ckin grim there. Worked in York & Harrogate & Halifax..And yup they are bloody grim...

  • one potato more

  • Ok so It's grim In Yorkshire and Lancashire as these are where most of the places mentioned are from. What about Durham, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sunderland? the north east? where I'm from, those places are even further north. No wonder it;s grim up north if you stop at yorkshire it's a shithole I know this as I am currently living there. Great song

  • Classic tune. Although they made a slight gaffe. Derby is mentioned which is actually in the Midlands.

Also some of the places like Harrogate and Ilkley are quite posh. Not everywhere up north is grim.

  • @Woltato Harrogate is populated by absolute cunts, therefore qualifies as grim, nice victorian architecture and expensive shops notwithstanding. They painted trees on their Gasometers, to disguise them, which is hilarious.

  • @gilbertwham Yeah, I know what you mean. I've worked a in Harrogate a lot so know better than most that it's population consists mostly of arseholes. I just don't think that necessarily qualifies it as being grim. To my mind grim implies a place that is covered in dirt and populated by scrubbers and scumbags such as Rotherham, Wakefield or Middlesborough.

  • It's grim up north cos they keep voting Labour LOL!!

  • I think its very fucking grim up t north

  • @SuperPat1954 Hadrian should have built that wall 200 miles further south!

  • @bermudarailway : Where does the "The North" end (on its south side)?

  • @Thelooneyliberal,,i dont blame the immigrant for trying to better there lifes,my point was its the stupid goverment and people like you that turns a blind eye on these matters hence why u r known as a doogooder,u have admited in ur last comment that there is a problem with over population, the only ppl i hate is the likes of you that helps corrupt the system by turning a blind eye,u r in the same league as the goverment nothing but a villian.I rest my case,i take it ive won the debate, have fun

  • @i would have the british flag ready when the immigrants leave,Imagine the amount of our own british ppl that could be housed who is waiting for council accomodation because they cant be housed because the country is flooded with foreigners.the only foreigners we should be letting in are the likes of doctors a surgeons and other professional occuaptions.stop over looking the problems and pretending things are fine when really you no immigrants = problem..

  • @leevwe More hysterical rubbish from the Daily Mail's mouth. They put money into the system by spending in shops, hardly rocket science is it? The more people in Britain, the more is spent in shops. Immigrants may not earn much, but they still go to the shop and pay taxes (I suspect you'll retaliate with the usual paranoid rubbish here). Your excuse to British citezenship is so poor it's unbelievable, you can't dictate what nationality someone is or thinks they are, we live in a democracy.

  • @TheLooneyLiberal There are problems with immigration, I have acknowledged that, just haven't expanded on them, because they would divert me from my point. We do have an issue with overpopulation, I would suggest that we need a tougher system on immigration, but unlike the prejudiced bigot I don't blame the immigrant. If I could move abroad to give me and my family a better life I would. I'm not going to repeat myself in saying why only certain immigrants should be allowed in, democracy hater.

  • @leevwe I bet you would have the flag ready if the immigrants leave as you're a jingoist, who for some reason is more favourable towards scum bag Brits than scum bag immigrants. Rational people don't judge on someone's birth place, they judge on behaviour and personality.

I do know (this is how you spell it) immigrants, I have aquaintances who are, family friends who are, all of which are decent, hard working people like most people stop basing your opinions on prejudice.

  • @leevwe In this debate all you have done is reword your original argument as if it's a suitable counter to any criticism, it's a common and well known tactic for bigots to claim that those who criticise are pretending or are ignoring things when they're not. Your ilk just can't take it that people don't share your viewpoint.

Any reply from now in will be superfluous, this debate has been exhausted. You can make another rambling rant if you wish, but I shan't reply as it'll be nothing new.

  • @Thelooneyliberal.more rubbish from you again, how can they put more money into the system if they are working in unsatisfactory jobs under paid,i pay 5 times more in taxes in 1 month than 5 immigrants would pay.and just because they have british citezenship under the law doesnt mean a thing because the law and politicians are more corrupt than the immigrants are.

  • you talk silly,we wouldent need to create more jobs if we didnt let all the forigners over in the first place, they no how to play the system some will work but they only work minimum hours so they can claim benefits a council tax reductions,i no even our own people claim monies not due but at least they are british citizens, and just because some foreigners get britsh citizenship still does not make them british, its like saying if a dog was born in a stable does it become a horse the answr is no.

  • @leevwe More contradictory nonsense, if foreigners are taking British jobs then they can't be on the dole or working minimum hours, I've already proved that most foreigners do work according to national statistics. The percentage of immigrants in work is roughly the same as the percentage of 'native' Brits in work.

Immigrants are no different to us, saying that they all know how to play the system is more xenophobic tripe. I have several immigrant aquaintances that don't play the system.

    cont

  • @leevwe The fact that 40% of foreign born people claim British citezenship makes them essentially British under the eyes of the law, so you can't force them to leave under any circumstances in a democratic society. Citezenship is only given to those that are proven to be decent.

Immigrants put more money into the system, work in unsatisfactory conditions in unsatisfactory jobs, I suggest you watch The Day the Immigrants Left.

  • Testing

  • @Thelooneyliberal,you still dont understand do you, never mind they are earning money over here to send back to their familys, you mean they are getting free money from the likes of me paying my taxes,AND WHAT YOU KEEP AVOIDING TO COMMENT ON IS WHEN I MENTION THERE IS NOT ENOUGH WORK OR HOUSING FOR OUR OWN PPL LET ALONE THE MIGRANTS WE HAVE LET ENTER IN THE COUNTRY AS I SAID BEFORE YOU ARE NOOTHING BUT A DOGOODER ONLY SEEING ONE SIDE OF THINGS A FORGETTING THE LONG TERM DAMAGE IT IS CAUSING.

  • Comment removed

  • @leevwe See below

  • no suprises there, nobody with half a brain would think of coming to britain knowing the state its in with the depression. that means immigrants are only coming over for the benefits and social housing. work for an agency for 6 months then sign on get social housing and free money means more money to send home. not forgetting the scams as well like hiring out their council houses and flats to other squads of immigrants.

  • @leevwe Since you're adamant that Britian is in such a poor condition you won't be surprised to hear that immigration from the EU has fallen by 3% over the last year or so.

Creating a better life for yourself is not a crime. If I lived abroad and I had family in the UK I would send money over to them if I felt it was required. Many of the European migrants plan on returning home after earning enough money over here to give their families better lives in their home countries.

  • All immigrants should have to prove visible means of support and be able to pay their own way for everything before being able to claim any benefits. By this I mean pay for their own accommodation, food ,medical treatment and education. They should also be required to work for 5 years before becoming entitled to the welfare system.

As for asylum seekers they all should be repatriated when their own country is deemed safe.

  • @leevwe I'd be interested to know what kind of council housing estate this is. I live in a town with a high immigrant population with no ethnic tension, but the council housing estates here are occupied by Brits, the immigrants live towards the town centre mainly in cheap, non-state owned, terraced houses.

40% of those born elsewhere have British citezenship, how would you get rid of them if you deem them not suitable? Such actions would be of a dictatorship baring in mind.

  • 100,000 young Britons pushed into unemployment by immigrants

Since 1997 1.5 million foreign workers have entered the British workplace, with many of these arriving from Eastern Europe in just the past three years, according to a report by the influential economic analysts, the Ernst & Young ITEM Club.

During the same three years, the number of unemployed British 18 to 24 year olds has increased by 100,000.ONCE AGIAN MR LOONEY OPEN YOUR EYES TAKE NOTE WHATS GOING ON.

  • @leevwe Are they Daily Mail stats? Ignoring the fact that most immigrants take on jobs in undesirable fields, careers that the majority of Brits don't consider, there are many reasons why there are many unemployed. First of all people are living and working longer so job vacancies are harder to come by, often companies will opt for the experienced worker as opposed to the fresh, inexperienced youth.

  • @leevwe Recession has hit hard ,partly down to the house market crash, but also because of Labour's mismanagement of the economy. This has caused a decrease in the number of available jobs, this has nothing to do with immigrants. In fact there is evidence to suggest that jobs are created by the prescence of foreign workers, for every Polish builder (for an example) there is a gap in the market for Brits to supply the said builder with the necessary equipment.

  • @leevwe Despite recession, employment amongst Brits of a working age has remained stable, so the immigrants aren't taking jobs no matter what the Daily Mail or other such liars state. Saying things in capital letters changes nothing, it just shows that you're both hysterical and paranoid, I don't need to open my eyes.

People will always claim that immigrants are either not working and on the dole or are taking British jobs, it can't be both ways. It's contradictory.

  • @Thelooneyliberal.i never said all unemployed are immigrants,my point was they dont help to the matter, and my stats are not a lie they are true, and another fact i no that 48% of council housing applicants in my district are from foreigners seeking refuge,i used to visit these people because most of them cant even read or write and i used to help them fill out housing application forms we also had to waste money taking along iterpreter,my point is we have not got the jobs and housing needs.

  • @leevwe You said that 72% of a council housing estate apparently full off immigrants that don't work, I can't see how the council housing estate would differ from the norm, so I doubt the validity of the stats quoted since there is no way that unemployment among immigrants would be that high. Anyone can say anything on the net, I could say that I'm the local representative for the Tories in my area, but that is obviously false.

  • *The

  • he UK has an unemployment rate of 7.8% which means that roughly 5,000,000 of the UK population are out of work, 72% of the immigrant population amounts to just over 5,000,000. You can't be seriously suggesting that all unemployed folk are immigrants especially since 13% of the working population weren't born here. Before you state that your figure was from 2009, remember that things won't have changed that much in 2 years, stats like this gently fluctuate over time.

  • I apologise if that last post shows up twice, since I have been having troubles with youtube.

  • @Thelooneyliberal,i used to work for a housing association meaning that i no for a fact that in 2009 72% of immigrants in my district was seeking some kind of benefit and was not working, my role was to liase with those people that was fit for work, in other words not claiming disability and try and get them into employment, some of them cant even read or speak english.my point is we shouldent of taken them on board we havnt got enough houses for are own ppl.dont be a doogooder open ur eyes.

  • @leevwe I have met many people online who lie to make them seem more knowledgable, so how do I know that you're not lying? A brief look at the statistics makes your statement false. The vast majority of immigrants to the UK cited work as the main reason for the desire to live in the UK, the cheapest wage in Britain is considered a lot by most migrants. By mid-2010 roughly 13% of the British working population were immigrants.

  • @leevwe I often find the open your eyes trick to be a desperate ploy by sensationalists eager for others to share their viewpoint. I find it funny that do gooder is an insult nowadays, I'd rather be a do gooder than a do badder. In fact I'd rather be a do gooder than a hate filled bigot.

  • Holy Moley, what's going on in these comments? Youtube would be 1000x better if they just ditched the comments section entirely. We don't need to hear the idiot opinions of trolls, or the righteous indignation of people feeding them. Nor do we need the mindless drivel of bored teenagers.

Back on topic: awesome tune. I live in a town in the Midlands off Junction 25 of the M1. For a chunk of my childhood "IT'S GRIM UP NORTH" was painted on our motorway bridge.

  • *read

  • @Thelooneyliberal,this country is fooked hence the name rip off britain, british people who go to australia need a visa they dont let you in that country with nothing to offer.the people we have let seek refuge in britain have nothing to offer,THE REASON THEY COME TO BRITAIN IS BECAUSE ITS EASY THEY CAN CLAIM FREE NHS HOUSING BENEFITS AND ALL THE REST OF IT,NOT FORGETING THEY ALSO BRING OVER UNWANTED DISEASES,AND WHY AM I HOLDING BRITAIN BACK I PAY MY TAXES TO KEEP THE LIKES OF YOU.A UR PPL

  • @leevwe Most don't claim benefits, most work, it may be in chicken factories, hotels and other such establishments as opposed to the council say, but that doesn't mean that they're not valued. The rest of the incoherent, hysterical babble in capitals is pure Daily Mail myth.

You need a visa to live here if you're not from the EU too you know (or I guess not *titter*). Besides EU law dictates that all immigrants from EU countries must find a job within 3 months.

    cont...

  • @leevwe Freedom of movement is EU law, if you have an issue with that take it up with them. This is a separate issue that I'm not going to expand on here though.

It seems that stereotyping and blind assumptionsare all your sort are good at. I am not on benefits, most immigrants aren't either. You are holding Britain back as immigrants can only truly intergrate into the society by cooperation from both parties. Creating an 'us' and 'them' scenario will prevent this from happening.

    cont...

  • @leevwe It's nice to see that I've rattled you though, as evident with your hysterical tone and language. You have failed to counter my points in any of your posts sufficiently. Can you prove that all (or even the majority) immigrants in this country don't work? No, because it's a fabricationof the truth and deep down you know it, you just don't want to admit it as it doesn't fit your narrow minded, ignorant outlook on life.

  • @TheLooneyLiberal That should rad (or even the majority of). Even the greatest make typing errors sometimes.

  • @Thelooneyliberal,you must be getting desperate to knit pick at spelling mistakes and even worse to mention missing apostrophe iam talking to an idiot dogooder called Thelooneyliberal not writing a letter to the queen.this country is fooked because of doogooders like urself overlooking problems.would australia allow all the foreigners to seek refuge in there country the answer is no.at least if we allow them in they should have something to offer like education, not just enter the the uk a claim

  • @leevwe No, it's you who's desperate, desperately trying to prove that immigrants are bad and the reason why this country is 'fooked.' I was highlighting your poor English because you said that there was nothing wrong with your English. *titter*

If anything it's ignorant imbeciles like yourself that is not only holding Britain back, but is holding humanity back. As I said before it's your sort who feared those that lived beyond their village. Your views belong in the past.

    cont...

  • @leevwe In 2006 24% of the population in Australia weren't born there, so the answer to that question is actually yes. Granted, the majority of the immigrants to Australia are British, but they are still foreigners to Australia and many people from poorer nations are seeking a better life in that country.

The fact that you have failed to counter my points with satisfactory replies says it all. You have ignored many of the points I made and resorted to prejudice and ignorance.

    cont...

  • @leevwe Forcing immigrants to come in on the basis that they must provide something useful like an education is again the actions of an authoritarian state, you can't pick and choose who comes here, we live in a democracy. I admit that there are problems with immigration, but stopping anyone from abroad from coming here isn't the answer to anyone who believes in a free and fair state. Besides I believe that the problems with immigration can be eradicated if everyone is willing.

    cont...

  • @leevwe Britain has a history of migration, we are a mongrel nation, Britain has always been a melting pot of various different cultures. The Poles, Pakistanis et al are the latest in a wave of 'foreigners' to these shores. The majority of which are decent, hard working people wanting to make a better life for themselves, there's nothing wrong with that.

  • @Thelooneyliberal,,theres nothiing wrong with my english, its your understanding of it thats the reason you cant understand my point

  • @leevwe

No it isn't, don't lie to save your embarrasment. Nothing has one i, cant (sic) has an apostrophe in it, "are own ppl." should be "our own people," "4 polish teenagers stole a car a knocked down a lady." polish (sic) should be spelt with a capital p and taking this point literally it reads as if the Poles stole a car and a knocked down old lady, I presumed you meant that they knocked down the old lady and the 'a' should've been an 'and'. There are plenty more examples in your posts.

  • @TheLooneyLiberal

    *embarrassment

  • @leevwe

Besides there's nothing to 'get' with your comments, you are a xenophobe. You generalised all immigrants by saying that they all don't work, I countered that comment by saying that they do work and are hard working based on my own experiences, not prejudice. You stated that they should be "sent back home," which again I countered by stating that these are actions of a dictatorship. You stated that Poles knocked down an old lady when this happens not because of someone's nationality.

  • @Thelooneyliberal what planet are you living on to say they are all hard working, most of them are hard working its a shame the work is not legit.i live not so far from a council housing estate and its full of them none of them work they al claim housing benefits and work the night shift stealing cars a breaking in houses,it was only just before christmas 4 polish teenagers stole a car a knocked down a lady.if we let foreign ppl in britain lets make sure they have sumthing to offer like education

  • @leevwe

I live in the real world, you on the other hand live in your own fantasy world choosing to believe that all foreigners are evil, but that suits your jingoistic, xenophobic views.

I am aquainted with many immigrants of different backgrounds, all of which are decent people making a living for themselves, they come over here to create a better life, the majority aren't going to waste it. I'm sure there are some exceptions, but the same can be said for all communities including Brits.

  • @leevwe

I presume you mean that the Poles stole a car and knocked down an old lady (it's hard to tell with such poor English on your part).

Many Brits steal cars and end up injuring or killing people, what's your point? There are good and bad folk in all sections of society, the majority of immigrants are decent people, likewise the majority of Brits are, I don't judge a person on place of birth, I judge on actions and behaviour.

I suppose your reply will contain more bigoted prejudice.

  • @TheLooneyLiberal,,Well your name sums you up Looney that you are,for your information i have been employed since the day i left school i have never claimed a penny off the state iam a very proud man, what i say about the foreigners seeking refuge in britain is true and they should all be sent back home so to make space and room for are own ppl.

  • @leevwe

I never said you were on the dole before you start your paranoid ramblings. Ignorant, xenophobic oiks like you drag humanity back, it was your sort who feared those who lived beyond yonder hill in the past. We've moved on since then.

Most of those 'foreigners' you despise are hard working too since they come over here for a better life for themselves. Unlike you I don't judge on nationality, I judge on personality, I couldn't care less if someone was British, Indian or Martian.

  • @leevwe

Send them back? I wouldn't want to send anyone away from this country, I believe in democracy, not a fascist dictatorship that thinks someone is superior because they were born in a particular country. Also net migration has been greater than net immigration in this country for years, funny how you don't mention that. Creating more space for 'are (sic) own ppl (sic)' is akin to lebensraum.

  • I suggest we stop slagging each other off based on what part of England we live in and start slagging off the Aussies!!

    Slaggggssss!!!!!

  • @lukevertiis Northern people are poor, that's science fact!

  • Crewe. Double grim. The only town to get 2 mentions. Yes, something.. every car I have owned has had this put on "full fucking chat" as the first tune to test out the stereo. My "grim up noth" test cd is at the ready for the next shed I get my hands on.

  • klf let themselves down with this pile of steaming horse turd

  • normally I'd say that the KLF suck ass but this tune is awesome!

  • Seems fairly obvious that they're talking about the climate rather than disparaging the people... come on folks

  • lol its grimme up north because all the fucking packis have found refuge here, send them down south make it blacker lol.having said that i think its grimme in the uk with all the foreigners scrounging benefits taking all our houses is there any wonder the country is in the state its in,

  • @leevwe

The country is in the state it's in because of illiterate, prejudiced and xenophobic oiks like you. *titter*

  • Too bad the band quit. Thanks a lot for putting this on youtube !!! One of my all time favorites ;-)

  • It may be grim up North, but at least their fucking birds are not stuck up bitches!!

You have the best deal my Northern brothers...

  • @H3xperiment Why is it Northerners living in the south always go on about it being better up North, fuck off home if you don't like the south

  • @badbav33 i'm a southerner you donkey.

  • @H3xperiment you're obviously just retarded then

  • @badbav33 that may be, but compared to you, I'm frikkin' Einstein.

  • @H3xperiment what evidence do you have that my intelligence quotient is lower than yours?

Perhaps you should consider that whilst I have not shown myself to be of a level of intelligence less than that of normal, you have clearly shown yourself to be moronic and requiring additional help in certain areas of education.

  • @badbav33 London is great - just a pity that every other inch of the south is a retarded hell-hole.

  • For the 19 people who gave this classic band the thumbs down, it really is

time for you're next lesson, can you not hear teach. ringing the playtime bell???
