you have to kill him before he jumps and it has to be on normal or higher. If you kill him to soon it will stay on the roof if to late he jumps out. Just on time he will chuck it.

you dont need to shoot him at that point. after he jumps to the other building go around the corner and he will jump off the building,drop the skull and try and kill you. obviously kill him then get the achievement

Well, it doesn't say "Hold RB to pick up skull" it doesn't say anything. Just go to, make sure you won't pick up a gun or equipment, then hold RB and u'll have it.

If you want this skull, you'll have to firstly have a precise shot on the flood things weak-point. So basically its head.

And then, if you miss the chance, he crouches down, puts its arms back, and jumps.

As he puts his arms back, then you should him with BR.

Its as easy as that.

Must say, took me a few trys to do though.
