@SouthernDisaster91 forgot to say very nice truck, have to say i would totaly have atleast a 8 in tip and might have shaved the fuel plate down a little for a little more smoke but in all its a nice truck!

@redgifford1717 Thanks man. I was gonna get an 8 inch tip if i had a 5 inch exhaust, and there is no fuel plate because this is a 1st gen cummins with a VE Rotary injection pump, not a P1700. I got plans for it in due time!!

Its a legendary diesel engine made by Cummins who has been putting their engines in numerous transport trucks, military trucks and tractors for over 50 years. Secondly, they are not at all "shit" in fact they have been used in firetrucks, school buses, ambulance, etc. for years because they are strong and reliable.

Cummins is probably one of the most experienced diesel makers in the world, and to be honest, this 5.9 was actually developed for TRACTORS. You know things that work for whole days, sometimes even weeks without getting shut off. You cannot fake that kind of reliability. Fuck any PSD the Cummins is the standard that the rest wish for.

@highridinf250 It depends on what you start with. I bought a 92 Dodge W250 as a donor and sold what I didn't need. I fabricated my original transmission mount in a machine shop at my community college. I had to have a new drive shaft made an shortened, and I bought the engine mounts from FordCummins. If I had to ballpark a price, I would say anywhere from $3k-$5k. Like I said, it all really depends on what you start with and how much you want done do it. Hope this helps!!!
