Hey were did you go for your searching?I have always wanted to go searching for WW2 Lost Relics.Always fun to have a little piece of history in your house. Was this on goverment or private property?
@PresleyRay You have to go to Europe. I've heard that one of the best places to do it is in the Adrennes forest where the Battle of the Bulge took place.
@branza27 You never know ;-) just leave it in the forest, never take it home. I have big respect for those PIAT rockets, normally I don’t lift them out of the hole because they are pretty unstable. These had their igniter still attached at their rear wing (4:14) for transport; safe for a picture.
@glennetnixz just a mile away from my house a clam boat had 50 ww2 era grenades dragged off the ocean floor and 3 were still active and were detonated by the bomb squad, and at the beach another boat caught a mustard gas canister in their catch and it went off on the ship, great finds and stay safe with those explosives
@spookykidx1 People are still being killed by WWI rounds on rare occasion. Unexploded ordnance is very dangerous because the explosives become unstable and is a problem not just in Europe.
@bulletinyurass Er liggen nog genoeg granaten in het bos, altijd naast je toontje graven en als je merk dat het een granaat is dan lekker laten zitten en opslaan in de gps, dan kan je ze later aanmelden.
@videoww2soldier98 It is a BAR magazine, NOT a "clip" A clip is a cheap, disposable piece of sheet metal that is used to load or charge a magazine. The magazine is the ammunition reserivour for a repaeting firearm. In most cases, the mag can be loaded with a clip of ammo or by single rounds
@glennetnixz your right as i researched as i found some and couldnt believe they were blanks as they wouldnt have blanks in a war zone its common sense

Hi Interesting hobby! Amazing finds too guys. Not a criticism, but really hard to listen with RAT Machine in the background. Time and a place... just saying. Be careful! :-)
Those are some amazing finds folks. Also it's nice to find a british made detecting video on here, there's not many but i can see why. I think finding long gone peoples personal belongings is often the most fasinating and moving of finds. Good hunting
yeah i live right on ww1 battlefeild its awsome i find blanks all the time one time i found a part of a rifle that dated back almost before ww1 it was priced a 1000 dollars
you seem to have found British equipment ,the bayonet looks like from a 303 enfield and the bombs from a PIAT,did you find in the same area as the American equipment?
Its a Magazine, not a clip, and it's from an SVT-40. The M1 Garand used 8 round clips, the magazine was actually inside the gun, so were it a clip from an M1 Garand it would have just been only bullets.
Ik heb een drietoons indicatie op mijn detector dus ik elimineer niets. Het is alleen even wennen en uitproberen wat je wel en niet moet opgraven. groeten
Great video of historic discovery. I hope that the things you find get into a museum so others can enjoy them as well. Sadly the music ruins the mood of the video and takes away a lot from it.
Great video, I love the way you documented it, but too bad you didn't have a GPS, and plot the location of each find on a grid and take an in situ photo too. An archaeologist in the future will curse that you didn't do that. That noise, however, is horrifyingly bad. I truly don't think you would deliberately choose worse. Please....please.....redo this without that noise.
