Zelda just was too cryptic for me. The only way to afford only of that shit in the game was to find the hidden areas. Enemies don't drop nearly enough rupies to fund your items (unless you like grinding) so you NEED to find these areas. That means dropping bombs everywhere and using your candle on everything. I'm sorry but before the internet that was annoying as fuck. You and your friends would like mark where all the areas were and when someone found a new one they were th man.

Zelda is more challenging. I actually beat the first quest with a walkthrough. I died almost 100x, but still beat it. What really boggles my mind is that I died almost 600x in SMG. I completely beat that game. I still can't beat SMB. The springs and that huge fire hazard in world 5-4 are major deterrents to my victory. I <3 your reviews. :D

Let's be honest. Who do you think is cooler? A fat plumber who jumps around, eating random mushrooms all around the place and going up and down pipes and into castles to rescue a princess from a very easy-to-beat Bowser or a Legendary Hero with a sharp-to-the-edge sword and shield with bombs, a boomerang and an arrow? I personally think the whole "attractiveness" category is unnecessary. People play a video game to test their reflexes and endurance, not to pleasure themselves to pixels.

That aside, I prefer Mario. Also, to any Zelda fanboy who just happens to want to rage at me for preferring the Italian Plumber: Go to hell. I have my opinion. You have yours. I prefer the realistic momentum yet gravity defying platforming, you prefer the puzzles and hordes of enemies to cut down.
