actaully back then they only had west and east coast heats but they were held in the fall of 1995 but the USA finals didn't happen until March 1996. Hence 1995/1996. But yes Roc Raida did win the 1995 finals. But Raida won the USA finals in the winter of 1994 and the World Finals didn't happen until the spring of 1995.
