when audacity pass from a one recording to another (speech), there is noise between them (like knocking the door if you know what I mean). I thought that was recorded but I discovered that audacity does that when passing to another recording. How to avoid that?

All you've done here is explained some of the BASIC features of Audacity. I was waiting for you to play back your final 'mix' and Im not surprised you didn't - It would have sounded awful. You need the "Lame MP3" download to export the clips and the final piece to MP3, and I wouldn't call it "mixing", it's just fading one part of a song into another, lol.
