This isn't a brown bear. Connecticut is getting a huge bear explosion, but BLACK BEARS. The closest grizzly population is over near yellowstone and surrounding areas. Black bears are often a brownish color, but bears in connecticut are mostly black; the brown version occurs more in the western United States.
