Whoever's playing Fighter is doing a great job, I must say. But I seriously hope Black Mage gets more enthusiastic, he's such a bombastic character. I can't get a good reading on Thief yet, but he seems a bit quiet. Also, the music and sound effects are good, nice touch.

@WarKeybladeFenrir It's really down to personal taste. Personally I love VI and VIII, although the latter game is sometimes overlooked/looked down on. IX has a lot of classic fantasty charm to it, whereas VI and VIII are a bit more modern/sci-fi based.

@BlanFan2O I can't cosign behind that, it was a nice story, but the game play was horrible. In theory it was genius (you used what you wanted your character to level, meaning if you wanted your character to be a mage, you just used magic.) But what happens when you didn't want to waste mp, and just physically attacked with the mage character? You loss magic really.

@holyknight70 yeah, I actually sort of liked the level system but it could be a terrible pain for me too. especially when my attack is high it makes leveling defense more difficult. although that's just when I attack and cure myself to raise stats. oh well, some liked it, some didn't. =/

I like fighter, he and black mage are tied for my favorite, but red mage denfinatly has his best moments, infact, all the light warriors are awsomely funny. Galuf is pathetic, and if you don't know who that is, WATCH MORE OF THE SERIES! Also, Black mage's homicidal rage, coupled with fighters stupidity, thief's greed and manipulation, and red mage's obsession about the rules( dungeons and dragons) makes this series great. It gets 5 HADOKENS out of 5!

Take for example the evil Garland who doesn't know how to be evil, or the Armoire (the French word for "cupboard") of Invincibility that's mistaken for the Armour of Invincibility.

Not a bad job except you stole the opening music bit from the flash version on newgrounds and they did it bettter...maybe if you try more then just voice acting, like animating as they do. However if you do the guest comics this could be potentially interesting.

The reason we're not animating is because we were able to cover more than what Meddros' flash movies did, faster. This things take 8 hours an episode to make as it is!

We didn't "steal" the music anyhow. It was around BEFORE the 8bit flash series.

I know this series is probably going to get better, but right now, this is...well...not the greatest video out there. You have far better comic timing than those Flash movies, but the production values are lacking. The paucity of sound effects turns what could have something great into an average fan recording.

Maybe I might check out later episodes, but this first effort is too flawed to hook me on the radio-play version of 8-Bit Theatre.
