I get 30FPS too :D they shouldn't have capped the game at 30FPS.... but it does give you a smooth experience without variation of FPS....

I changed my controls so that they are less spread out:

Up = Accelerator

Down = Brakes

Left = Turn Left

Right = Turn Right

Alt Gr = Nitros

. = Gear Down

; = Gear Up

Rest are default
