Since I can ever remember, my parents have always told me to respect everyone, all races, all cultures, all religions. The fact that islam is spreading greatly is due to the fact that muslims have incredibly high birth rates, not because of converts. Do you actually have any proof that the major reason for the spread of your religion is converts? Everybody on the other-hand though knows that muslim countries have extremely high birth rates, that's not a secret. They say the verse in which it says there is no compulsion in religion refers to those who never embraced islam in the first place, not to those who convert out of islam which is treated in islam as an act of treason.
