You need to make the bag holder a removable piece. So you with one unit loaded with bags, insert it into the bagger and load. while this is happen another person is putting bags on to another bag holder. As the bobcat drops the loaded bag the empty rack gets pulled out and another rack (loaded with bags) goes in.
the lazy way--looks like how city/county workers would do it. It takes too long, and at about 6o bags an hour, plus whatever it takes to run the machine, it's nothing compared to the other machines using more manpower pushing 700 bags an hour

@1yrros At 12 bags a drop you think it will only do 60 per hour? ROFL
One person could do 250 a hour and drop the bags where they are needed.
