Sorry, I have to nitpick some. Doreen, when you say to release the tension in the stomach, do you actually mean "belly"? Lots of people say "stomach" when they really mean "belly".

just want to share how I was feeling while I did this. I have on my fridge the picture of the Chalet that I really want to have and I use this image for my dream. I lay in the living room on a relaxing chair and the light from the sealing was like the sun. I imagine myself laying on a long chair infront of the chalet with the sunshining and my skin burning from the sun. I saw my family running around. I am pretty sure I will get it soon angels will help me to get there. Thanks Doreen.
