@Lynnie318 The difference is Miley is considered by parents to be a role model. Little girls want to be here and mimic her. So if suddenly she went trashy it would be a big deal. No parents are encouraging their little girls to be like Pink. And as someone else pointed out, Miley is still viewed as a child or young woman. Pink was always a grown woman allowed to do whatever she wanted, and she tries to push the envelope, Miley isn't trying to do that.
