EXCELLENT TUTORIAL. Clearly explained and easy to follow. Thanks for posting. You just got yourself a new subscriber. Cheers and look forward to more.
the black color works perfect but when i change it to the white it dosent work to get the color back if u know what i mean=P if u can help me it would me i would reaaaaally appreciate it
Look at your Layer. Make sure you have the correct layer selected. If you have a layer mask on that layer you should see two thumbnails on the layer. The first thumbnail on the layer is the "Image Thumbnail" and the second is the "layer mask thumbnail". Click on the layer mask thumbnail. Then choose white as your FOREGROUND color in order to make that portion of the image re-appear. If this doesn't answer your question please give me a more specific description. Don't use eraser tool!
Also don't forget to use your paintbrush tool to paint white on your composition in order to make the image re-appear. Also, make sure that your flow and opacity at the top of the page is set to 100% while using the paintbrush tool!
Another thing, if you have something selected you can't paint outside that particular selection. So to make sure you haven't accidentally selected something go to the top of the page and click on the name "Select" and then click "Deselect" if that particular choice is an option you can click on. If that option is grayed out then you can't select it which will mean you do not have something selected.
is this cs5?
