  • OH... and by the way nice ski.

  • @superduperskaterr142

The tank is 17-18 liters, it gives 2-3 hours of riding

Yes it has a two-stroke engine 2-3 percent oil mix

  • how long does the gas last on those things?I ask cause i go to the keys a lot and wanna know if they are able to make it to the beach from where I stay at. also you gotta mix the oil and gas right?

  • nice handling of the ski!

  • I've found that how full your gas tank is, waves(ripple) and wind play a role in getting my 800 sxr screaming. With the 800 get it down to like a gallon of gas. Slowly bring it upto speed and maybe move your weight fore/aft. Hope this helps! Love this video....keeps me sane

  • So how do you get a jet ski not to porpoise at high speeds cause when I ride my uncles 750sxi I can never seem to get the speed up to high because it starts to porpoise on me, so??

  • 750sxi has a narrower hull than the 800sx-r .

The 800sx-r is so steady that you can keep your balance without having the engine running !!

  • @jesusisfast Your weight and where you place it helps and also getting an after market ride plate and scoop help as well.

  • @patrickrfaul So does the weight have to be farther forward or back because mods are outta the question cause its not my jet ski

  • @jesusisfast Forward - I usually try to bend my knees, lean forward and put the majority of my weight on my front foot - This usually keeps the pump to get max water

  • @patrickrfaul Thanx Now I just have to wait to try it

  • @jesusisfast .. standing towards the front of your hydro turf will distribute weight more equally and steady out your ride.

  • @dgkbenJamin thanks bro gonna have to try it again this year cause ya i tried last year and still couldnt get it down though was better than the first attempts so ya again thanks

  • heh nice but the landscape is ugly i mean all those factories.... its got too be green for me :)

  • ow much are the benneli s4 turbos i want one

  • alot

  • im looking to get a jet ski for fun that goes up to like 40 - 50 that i can use on the lake / ocean, it needs to be a little cheap though. any suggestions for some good ones that can be good used and new?

  • The Kawasaki 800 SX-R or Yamaha SuperJet are great ski´s or the Kawasaki 750 SXI-Pro it´s a little older but still a great jetski !

  • @DeadlyKeith You can get a used 550 for 5-9 hundred on craigslist that have all the goodies. A limited ski will do about 44 mph and that is pretty fast on the water. Once you get a ski up towards high 40's you are gonna get speed wobbles and lose it. Limited skis are fast and very reliable. Once you go pro mod, you will spend more money and time working on it rather than riding it. 550's are light and very maneauverable. They are awaesome for tricks and wake jumping.

  • "A brother from another Mother !" Fellow Sxr nice vid! I just got Sxr800 last Spring and have put 45hrs on it. I can't wait until the this Spring but watching your vid gives me hope that the frozen water will melt ! If you are thinking(other readers) of buying one of these but are on the fence all I can say is GET ONE ! Highly addicting.

  • how fast do stock stand up skis go?

  • how fast could a stock one of these go

  • 80km/h 50 miles

  • @Stodde20 stock 800sxr in the 50mph range. They are very stable watercraft with speed. The ability to jump it out of the h20 is the problem because of weight.

  • @Stodde20 no one are anyplace will tell me how fast they are, but others coments and you say 55mph is top so thats kinda slow. my brother has a hona acuatrax 12x are something that is turbo and goes 70 i was hoping these would do the same and jump a hell of a lot better i know they do that better than his big tank. so how is the speed on the superjet is it better are the same. in a stock drag on no chops 170lb rider on both which will be first out the hole and on the long run.

  • @TheScoobyRS you can get these to go wicked fast as well plus you have to think the honda has around a 1250cc motor this kawi only has an 800cc in it in my opinion stand ups are so much more fun plus everyone in your family or friends cant ride them so you dont have as many people wanting to beat on it too.

  • @Stodde20 i was told the sxr is better for carving and turns and the superjet is well better for freestyle but im in to racing and i like the looks of the sj than the sxr800 so any advice from someone who realy knows i would really really appreciate it thanx. and aint yamaha a way better marine motor?

  • @TheScoobyRS its really up to your style do some research i have seen both skis the yamaha and the kawi do great in racing and ive seen both of them do freestyle great to so you will just have to go look at the two skis side by side and really look at what you like the most and idk about yamaha having a better marine motor but kawasaki is the main starter of the stand up jet ski but i personally like the kawi better. i just bought the 2010 800sxr and sold my 2006 sxr

  • Is this video taken in Long Beach? Kinda looks like it with all the factories in the background.

  • It´s filmd in a town calld Malmö in the contry of Sweden !!
