The trick when mixing anything Schranzy is to keep it as simple as possible. Its very easy to get carried away with the beat!:)

dont take it so bad i just means techno music is a addition of loops, with more or less sounds... Schranz is based on a basic repretition of the same loop with breaks introducing a single sound.

this is for me the basement of the music, not the final chapter... with a third deck, you could introduce other sounds, work with them and build a nice set... Schranz is enough punchy for this.

i'm always open to thoughts about music but from the beginning i just got stumbled with the "joke" thing you said. ofcourse a third deck would rock the place. in the future maybe i'll master a third deck. for now i can progress quite much with just two decks. if you're interested in hearing my latest 60 minutes+ mix and giving some feedback let me know!

I'ma a techno misic addict. I've always thought Schranz was a joke.... But it really seems to have its addicts.

How boring it is, even with a "good mixer". Always the same beats, same kicks 'n snares :s

Music is always a matter of taste. But to say that schranz/hardtechno is always the same beats and kicks is just bullshit man. If you like it a little, listen to it some more and you will see why it is the real shit! :D

i totally agree. will try to be more aggressive in my next mix. the tricky part is that you have to match beats in such short times to be able to do that stuff. needs more practise. thanks for your comment!

they cost about €470 now i think. i'm really happy with it. if you don't need more than 2 channels and want some cool effects it's great :)
