@awesomicalduh You'll probably just have to take your measurements, add a few inches, and buy that much fabric.

For example, if you wanted to make this skirt, and your widest measurement is your hips at 40 inches, then you'll add a little extra, say 4 inches, and you'll have to buy fabric that is 44 inches wide by whatever length you want.

@Mr1591 You can usually find decorative elastic at fabric stores or craft stores. I know you can find them at Hancock Fabrics or Joann Fabrics and Crafts. They usally have them by the yard on racks with the other trims, laces, and elastics.

Speaking a langauge fluently takes a lot of time and effort, and you have to think of what you want to say off the top of your head, it's not easy. Muuuuch easier to write down what you want to say.
