  • Real time pricing or variable pricing is already done here in Georgia (U.S.). Does it help shed peak load? Sure when prices go through the roof. Otherwise, it is very rare for commercial users (office buildings etc) to react well to peak pricing. The sophistication at that level of customer is much lower than an industrial setting.  There's also the issue of turnover and the next guy not understanding the program etc. I don't have stats but speak in general. We focus on education.
