lmao dude I remember I got the Power Glove when it first came out... and It really sucks. When I was a little kid it looked sooo cool, man I was really pist off lol. I think I had the most success with it playing Double Dragon. Funny thing is, if you made a devil horns gesture you could do the cyclone kick!
@thejollycompany9:39 Wii uses infared technology. Power Glove uses ultrasonic technology. In other words no. You would need to make extreme modifications or duct tape the Wiimote to the Power Glove.
The "magic" part about the Power Glove is that they packaged state of the art 100 million dollar VR technology that was just born. Into a glove that was affordable for kids. Most virtual reality technology has issues with operator. The operator needs to be trained to use it. That's like stepping into a jumbo jet simulator and expect to land it. Your not going to know without some patience to learn.
I should add that this won't be compatible with Super Glove Ball or Bad Street Brawler, which are the only 2 games that actually support the Power Glove directly. For all the other games, the glove maps gestures to the DPad and A and B buttons, which the NES Retroport is mapping to the gamecube's equivalent buttons.
Would the Nes Retro Port work for the Mega Man Anniversary Collection for the gamecube on my Wii? or is it onyl good for VC games? Since that Gamecube Hori controller is so damn rare and expensive....
I never owned a Power Glove, so I'm not sure if it works on the Game Boy Player, but I got the SNES Retroport, and I found out that the SNES controller works with all Game Boy Advance games through the Game Boy Player.
I'll tell you the same thing I'd say to the AGVN: CEN-TER!
Learn about the center button, you'll have more fun with the PowerGlove. I understand (esPECIALLY in the AVGN's case) that knowing about that center function is tough, since they tend to hide information like that in books (witness the "I-Can't-fire-grenades-'cause-I'd-have-to-read-to-learn-how" mentality...)
P.S.: It's a "line-of-sight" system, so if you point it away from the sensor bar, it won't work. (That's in the manual too...)
I'm thinking about getting the NES/SNES Retroport, and use it mainly for my Gamecube, because I have the Gameboy Player hooked up to it. My question is, will it play Gameboy Advance games properly? I'd love to play Metroid Fusion, the 4 Mario Advance games, and Zelda Minish Cap with the SNES controllers.
can u get gyromite on the wii shop becuase if u can then i wouldnt have to spent £100 that i dont have on a nes

I'd only buy it if wanted to use a turbo controller for Super C.After all,you really need turbo for games like Super C and Silver Surfer.
