It was from the deleted scenes... but they used the recording of it in Blink.

Very amusing how much this song fits Doctor Who.
And the fact that the words "loveshack" and "TARDIS" actually can be used in a justified manner in the same sentance is a bit odd as well.
This is great and clever ;)
