Movie is "George Whites Scandals"(1934). Too bad FOX doesn't restore and reissue the enitre film on DVD. It's a classic, one in a million!

I recently bought the Cliff Edwards "Singin' in the Rain" album and he does a version of this song on it. I LOVE it! It's so much fun!
