Carrie said recently in a interview that fans that come to concerts, should not except the same thing in every arena. Because not all arenas can handle all the visual stuff that her production does. She's figures that people would start to get restless if they knew what was come during her performance. Like for instance at the Hollywood Bowl couldn't handle that lift she used, but still show when ahead and adjusted.

My favorite part of this particular performance was that slightly extended "wasn't right" at the very beginning. Subtle, but different!
