  • he looks like he MEANS BUSINESS!

  • Because someone had to do it, that's why.

  • Give that thing a 50. Cal, roll-cage, and magnetic tips on the legs, and I'm sold! XD

  • crack on wheels... wow, i remember when i first saw this.... now i bet gov are all over it

  • Are there any cupholders?

Just kidding! Awesome machine; however please exercise more caution when it is out...it could really hurt someone or smash up cars. Still an awesome machine...stuff of dreams!

  • yup. cupholder is a must!

  • This ain't the "Spider-Mobile" This looks exactly like one of the "Spider Slayers" that was invented to take out our friendly neighbourhood hero! I know they're not Spidy fans so I guess the name suits either way.

  • It's cool, but man, that thing will RUIN any pavement it goes over often, I mean notice how the legs just drags themselves while he's turning. I know the design he built the legs on, his problem is that he's got only TWO spinning shafts that control 3 legs a piece, and the end result is that all the legs on one side move at the same speed, FLAW. Excellent thing, great work, but damn man, 15k and 9 months? You should have something better to show for it. That's just me.

  • we go through a lot of plastic... a few sets of shoes per year.

  • this is the FUTURE GUSY TRANSFORMERS THE NEXT STEP IN HISTORY !!!!! the transformers -

  • mount a couple .50 cals on it, make it remote-control... military contract! either that, or mad scientist toy. :P

  • wicky-wicky-wicky-wild wild west XD

  • Dude, next step; Arm this mudda fuckah :D

  • AWESOME! FANTASTISK!

  • wow it looks like something you see in a cool evil/mad scientist show ready to take over the world.

it looks really cool, u should be on Ripley's believe it or not

  • IS THAT REAL????

  • As far as I can tell: yep. I think he needs to put some auto tire treads on the bottom of the feet. It would cut down on the noise and give the walker better traction when in motion.

  • good idea

  • Awesome! This is something the US military would spend 1.5 billion dollars to build. This guy did it for one one-hudredthousandth of that. Not just well-done. Brilliantly done. The guy in the background who asked some snide question... F--k those ignorant A--holes who try to oppress you. Sign this guy up for special projects on DARPA. Not that I support the Jewish-Zionist war in Iraq, but this guy could be an asset to any military equipment program.

  • Actually, the original design was made by a Swedish artist who constructs kinetic art - it's on a recent BMW advert. The difference is that the Swede made it out of wood and you had to push it to move it, rather than constructing it out of metal, giving it a motor, and sticking someone inside it.

Plus, it was much, much bigger. And these things cant turn well. =D
