Audrey is probably the most immature candidate in Apprentice history. Not only is she's only 22 and lacks higher education, but she got very emotional and intimidated by John in this episode. She was whining in this boardroom, not taking responsibility for her actions and making excuses instead. Audrey lacks experience in managing in a large corporate environment.
I'm watching all seasons for the first time. This has been a good season, better candidates than season 2. But nothing beats the charisma of the season 1 contestants so far. The season 3 candidates just don't deliver it right. They surely are entertaining though

I don't expect anyone form the Net Worth team to be hired at the end any way, even some that are very good. Trump gives so much respect and credits to people from reknown university.

Yes, it does seem that way. It always looks more impressive on your resume to have a college degree than a high school degree unless you're famous and super rich. Then you become one of the odds. Until then, people do judge despite what they say.
