I stumbled blindly upon kriya yog and yogi bhajan. the universe had mercy on me. and for 30 days I have maintained a meditative life, I have stumbled but have taken up the baton again for my spiritual life. Prevail no matter how eradic y ou might be in the beginning. I caught this this morning 11.11.11. Thank you for beginning my transformation with this meditation song.
