well i m not a pro boxer i am an amatuer and my trainer is julius francis also well you are quite good for a first timer but you need to control your hands and i have been to this gym in east london its not far from where i live

I started boxing with an East London gym called "St George's". I now boxing in a North Central London gym.

There can be no doubt that the training methods used by boxers will get the body into fabulous condition. It will lead to weight loss, muscle gain and an overall improvement in speed, strength, endurance and stamina.

However, the discipline of boxing itself does come at a price including horrendous damage to the facial features (especially the nose) and potential long term brain damage. So I'd advise discretion if choosing to embrace this sport.

But TRAINING is fun and hugely rewarding !
