  • Lunges develop strength. Strength = ability to produce force. Power = (force x distance) / time.

  • can lunges increase your vertical jump doing it back wards and forwards across a big soccer field 3 times?

  • Sure but it's not the best method to do it. Heavy squats and jumping exercises are the best options.
