    they need lots of strength to be able to balance

    it takes longer to gain flexibility than strength

    if it was easier to gain then everyone could be as flexible as them in a few months

    that kind of flexibility can take years

  • i am in rg and yes it is herd but it is not as bad aftter the first couple of years.

  • Actually its not harder... You just have to have more flexibility...a lot more flexibility. In regular gymnastics you need more strength and thats harder to do.

    and you gotta have the results(p.s. please if you feel too pain slot for 10minuts^^)
