Well actually Iraq did have modern weapons but not as modern as us and their training was never going to be as good as our nor their military might. They had no chance to win ever... so the destruction of the Iraq infrastructure to harm its people was ruthless. Millions died to make OUR point. This was not fair by military standards.

No offence but Afghanistan ain't needless dude. Those folks deserve the same kinda life that we're privileged to have. We abandoned them once before and it came back to haunt us. Politics aside, this was really moving video.
This just reminded me of my deepest fears... my boyfriend will be joining the Marines after high school. Everyday I think about the idea of the possibility of him dying and it scares me so much. This video made me realize how real that fear can be some day. I pray for him and everyone else in the Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force to fight and come home safely.

I havent known anyone personally who have lost their lives in the war. But sooo many of my friends are there right now. I think of them everyday praying I wont here on of them died, Especially my childhood friend. I'm in ROTC and in my senior year I'll graduate into the Army as a 2nd lieutenant, I can't lie and say there's no fear in my heart. Each and every face hurts to think of their family. No offence but Afghanistan ain't needless dude. Those folks deserve the same kinda life that we're privileged to have. We abandoned them once before and it came back to haunt us. Politics aside, this was really moving video.

This just reminded me of my deepest fears... my boyfriend will be joining the Marines after high school. Everyday I think about the idea of the possibility of him dying and it scares me so much. This video made me realize how real that fear can be some day. I pray for him and everyone else in the Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force to fight and come home safely.

I havent known anyone personally who have lost their lives in the war. But sooo many of my friends are there right now. I think of them everyday praying I wont here on of them died, Especially my childhood friend. I'm in ROTC and in my senior year I'll graduate into the Army as a 2nd lieutenant, I can't lie and say there's no fear in my heart. Each and every face hurts to think of their family. And seeing African-american females here makes me realize It could be me one day being remembered.

i feel for most of these guys but i think alot of these lives have been lost through lack of training and equipment. i live in the uk and im not saying this because i dont live in the us im saying it because im true
the amount of soldiers that usa have lost is appauling compared to the uk, their troops need to get better.

ok first off they have a far greater number of troops than WE do ( yes im english) so they will suffer greater and how can you be trained to dodge a bullet? seriously have some respect and keep our opinion to yourself

i have respect, look what i said first. its not about being trained to dodge a bullet its about how they go about tackling enemies and how they sort out problems, iv seen many videos where americans have got big fuckoff guns, think they can kill anyone but get killed by a roadside bomb. they dont check thorough enough, its true.
dont forget, the best soldiers the world has ever seen are from the uk : SAS and the british troops get trained in a similar way the sas did.
