yes i have the gold gym push up but, i bought the perfect push up. i like the handles better but on the golds I can lock the handle so they dont move. Thats neat.
I do love my push-up pro. I went with this product instead of the perfect push up because these are lighter. My job requires constant traveling, so I need to save as much weight as possible in my luggage. The perfect push up does feel flimsy. But after 1.5 years of using them almost every day, they still work as well as the day I bought them. They do work well, of course you only get out of it what you put into it.
coachlevi, isn't the perfect pushup the same as those? The only difference is the price. The perfect pushup is more sturdier. I own a pair while my friend bought your brand. I prefer my brand because its sturdier. The extra bucks were worth it. sorry to go against your product review but I hope you appreciate my opinions.
I've always said the Perfect Pushup is better, but the Pushup Pro is alright for $20. The good news is, you can find the Perfect Pushup at Walmart for $20 now. So for $20, the Perfect Pushup can't be beat.
i am considering getting this how many pushups do yu recomend i should do (in a day? and how many sets)? i am 15 5'11 - 6'0 and about 160-170 lbs. plz reply!
I'd start slow and do 1 set of 10 pushups with these the first day (just in case they hit a weak spot of your body, you don't want to overdo it and be sore for a week.) You could still do some regular pushups that day.
If that goes well, I'd go 3 sets of 10, then 3 sets of 15 when you can, then 3 sets of 20, etc.
6 pack abs, the short answer: keep doing intense workouts to burn fat, and eat a healthy diet to lose weight. it's all about stripping fat off your body.
thanx alot but 1 last question what type of intense workouts? what should i do? i wanna get stronger and i want abs. so what intense wrkouts should i do?
@GmoUnit im from the u.k, you said walmart have the perfect pushup at $20, in the u.k they are £30, big diff from america, do you know here i can get them for cheaper in the u.k? thanx for your time
