I dont know if you've ever worked on a 4.0 but would it be very hard to put a turbo on, i kinda wanted a supercharger too but, idk im just not sure, id be thankful if ya had some advice
sick truck man! did you build the short block or leave it stock? if you left the motor stock, did you lower the compression? And if so how did you do it? how much boost?? what are you using for engine management>?
nice truck bro... i have a 1987 bronco 2 wich is the same as a ranger and i also swaped the old 2.9L for a 5.0 H.O soon to be a twin turbo 5.0 :) you should check it out on my channel, i think you'd like it
hey nice truck i have an 87 ranger im getting ready to do a 5.0 swap into, i was wondering what you did to the front suspension and how it handles with that setup?
i'm gonna start doing a little more drifting/playin on my 96 4.0 ranger as soon as i get rid of wheel hop. :( hopefully i'll get some of my drift/donut vids on here soon. (on other ppls camera's or phones)
( btw...pickup man isn't by alan jackson, but can't think of the guys name though) LOL
u been on rps any lately? i just started gettin back on and ain't seen anything from ya.
@crazyslow93 Not doing much with the truck lately but have plans on my next moves to do with it. engine tuning and suspension tuning. I need to address the brakes too, lol
I got married in November so havent been wasting time on the net, and only have it on my phone now, super slow loading. Still look it over on lunch at work once and a while though.
@superdude1127 mustang is way easier to control, more weight in the back. Pickup trucks are a bitch to drift, that was pretty good> If this guy got in a stang to drift, he would smoke your little gay buddy named Ace!
@prokill00 yah stangs are so awesome, thats why more people drift silvias, ae86's, 350z's, supra's.... pretty much anything but a stang, of course your always gonna have your few that drift stangs because its american, in a japanese sport!
I know the American car companies jumped on the drift bandwagon to represent their million dollar pit crew dominance over the backyard 22 year old, in a $1000 silvia, but this sport would not have ever taken off in America if it first started with mustangs.
@prokill00 After the comment "jap crap", anything you say is irrelevant 2 me. Educate yourself, thats what the internet is here 4, but you probably are proud to be ignorant, and let your pride get in the way of any educated choices on vehicles. I will not let my pride get in the way of my intelligence, if the US ever made a good car, I would gladly admit it. Until that day, do yourself a favor and look at reputable reviews, like consumer reports, hell even check the resale values of Jap cars!
@ihateu1979 its just a way of saying it, keep your panties from getting bunched up you fagget...Toyota is the worlds largest car company right now and I would do anything to pick up an old 91 Toyota Pickup, they run forever. Toyota Supras and Nissan Skylines are some of my favorite cars. Your the one who wanted to get involved with what I said in the first place and take it the wrong way so I hope you sleep better at night thinking your internet comments mean something to me
@ihateu1979 The US has made plenty of good cars, but your ignorance and your jap pride is obviously getting in the way of any educated choices on vehicles...good luck with your pride and intelligence you fuckin gook
True blue collar American love story.

@ihateu1979 obviously jap crap is easier to drift, but my comparison was between a mustang and a pickup truck
