I don't know about anyone else.... but the whole "Guh-nome" thing bothers me, I would think it would be pronounced like "nome" like gnome is pronounced.... but then again I'm an avid KDE user :)
I can really see the potential for Ubuntu Light with unity to work well as a tablet PC solution in the future. Stripped down Ubuntu but not lacking functionality like the OS of the iPad.
Good things coming for 12.04 LTS I see, and that will only help people move into Ubuntu use from Windows / other OSes. A great keynote speech and presentation of Unity which enhances user functionality, something for everyone really.
@shanecbryson it isn't about showing off or advertising, but congratulating etc. the difference between proprietary software and changing the world.

Why really care about the Netbook system? They now make smartphones and portable game devices with more power than a typical netbook.
benjamina222 1 year ago
Netbooks will be a thing of the past very soon.
They are nothing more than cheap low quality laptops.
Why focus on that?

@frvfilms not exactly feedback if you don't elaborate what decisions Canonical are doing that the "users" don't like.
