C&E Gun Shows Responds to Columbus, Ohio Mayor Michael Coleman

I actually purchased a firearm not too long ago at a c&e gun in Columbus and STILL had to get a background check and file all the paper work. The security was tight and i was subject to multiple checks, including a check of the firearm before I left, which i gladly obliged because I understood the purpose. The mayor is an idiot for saying something like this because I have a first-hand account that this wouldn't have happened at the show. I'm going to assume that the restof the showsare the same

Coleman has no problem with having a half dozen armed Columbus police officers escort him where ever he goes.

I've been to several press conferences with Mayor Coleman and his office staff, and he never was under an armed police escort....he drove in, on both occasions, in a Saab. :)

People need to understand criminals dont care for gun laws because they will always be able to get a gun when good citizens cant.
