Of course it looks like Lord of the Rings! This movie was stealing epic parts of Lord fo the rings to try and make it look good. Somehow though the managed to F___ up stolen material! How you do that? I have no idea!

how can you say this movie sucks? Its one of the most hillarious movies i've ever seen! The only mistake was Will Farrel should have played "farmer" and the guy with the LOTR's elf wig should have been played by John C. Reiley. Also, (not sure if he was still alive or not) but they should have got Dom DeLuise in there somewhere with Burt. Maybe a Bruce Campbell cameo somewhere.

The music is pretty shitty, its almost as if they recording is broken or something. But either way when it comes to music, editing, writing, cinematography, effects--Uwe Boll doesn't know what good filmaking is.

THe villians in a lot of modern fantasies suck, even "In The Name Of The King" its just Ray Liotta in a long trench coat give him goth make up or a heavy beard or something.

This movie was just THAT SHITTY that it found a place in my heart. That, and I was probably so high on caffeine the first time watching it that my brain attached the joys of that high with what I was seeing on the screen. I laugh to the point of tears ever time I try to watch this, which is likely the only reason I can stand to watch it at all.

There are shitty movies, and then there are movies like this. Fantasy-fail: The villain almost made me pee my pants, but not because he was scary...

please make a second part. i enjoyed this review but it's way to short to discribe all the shittyness :) you didn't mention the wannabe "elves" floating through the trees for like miles without changing the liana, and the scene where one of the bad creatures keeps on fighting after being stabbed in the chest (like the uruk-hai fighting-scene in fotr) and.. of course... the ninjas :)
