is it just me or did that blazer sit very low to the ground? What hill is this on? it's not test hill is it because it looks like one of them right after you climb test hill.

It was a stock Blazer... It is the 3rd Ridge near the old Sugar Bowl.

Yes I have taken my stock 97 Sahara to the silver lake sand dunes and conquered all of the hills there with relative ease. Just remember to air your tires down.
