READ THIS: You can go through Burns' backyard in Level 1. With Homer, go to the Power Plant and go to the boarded off rear entrance to the backyard. If you jump kick or butt stomp at it, it should be destroyed and you'll be allowed to walk up his backyard with the chess pieces. You can't go inside his mansion though.

You can actually be at the Giant Chessboard place in level 1, too. You drive trough the power plant, and on your way through it, you will see a hole covered in wooden planks. If you destroy the planks you can go in there.

With that card on the roof, you can go fast because there's a slope on the roof which will take you in the air and ultimately to the card while you are inside the car, It's much easier that way lol.. I think that's how you do it..
