  • This is really inspiring! Thanks so much, Natasha!

  • hi Natasha! Would your grandfather agree to be interviewed on your videos? I want to "meet" this handsome centenarian! :-)

  • Fabulous vid Natasha. Thank you for expressing "your view" and for being so positive!!!!!!

  • Great video Natasha! I turn 40 this year and am trying to focus more and more on eating raw. I feel so much better when I eat this way. Thanks so much for all of your positive videos :)

  • Fantastic, keep going!

  • When things start slowing down, you have to spend a whole lot more time speeding up. This comes as you also accumulate many more responsibilities and have a whole lot less time to devote to your body. Like 3 - 4 hours a day? Who has all that time? Plus, you have to eat very little also. It's really, really difficult. You shoud give some thought to cutting this video. It is tediously long.

  • @anndoneen Hi! :) Her main message in these videos is that start small and do what suits the best. That's why her videos are a bit more general and not so strongly promoting eating only raw. If you're busy and have lots of responsibilities, start small. Like grab an apple or a banana instead of a processed snack. Do it every day and the accumulative effect might be great. Besides, some unhealthy foods and snacks make me hungry faster than an apple or say a good omelette with lots of vegetables.

  • wow!! 102!!!! thats so awesome :)

  • Crazy Great!

  • You so cute!!!!

  • Thank You!!

  • i already thought that! yes! weight gain from becoming lazzzy! D=

  • Oh Ya!!

  • That's wonderful about your grandfather. Does he eat raw foods too?

  • My grandpa rocks!!! He eats meat and worries a lot!!! He does like to talk about the raw foods though and he eats fruits & 1-2 salads a day. I believe his secret of longevity is a sense of mission-- he was still driving and going to work everyday up until his late 90s, I believe 97 or 98 years old. He exercises everyday as well and lives on his own-- amazing!
