LMFAO! that so-called white paper is worth about as much as the white paper i wipe my ass with. they don't want to expand eh? tell that to the nations they're presently and forcibly occupying right now. that is ok though. what they hope to be in 30 years is what we were 30 years ago and then some. btw, someone should tell them that america can now take out an ICBM with a laser while it is still over chinese soil and cut through an aircraft carrier like a hot knife through butter. just an FYI :)
