@alfredo25123 I'm sorry if I upset you, but I hope you realize that I quite liked my visit to Gulu. Certainly, the city and its people have a lot of obstacles to overcome, but I think they are much happier now that the country is at relative peace. Education is the next hurdle, and the signs I saw were encouraging...
