Ele shamans need to use Earthbind with a Nova totem more often in PvP. When the Earthbind wears off, and the Nova goes off straight after stunning them. Between the two you will have enough time to cast what every you like. Eg. Flame shock+Lava burst, or Ligh.B+Chain Lightning, or Ele mastery+Flame shock if needed then instant Lava burst. Then you have Thunderstorm to hit and knock back when Nova stun wears off followed by Hex etc. Learn your totems, they are win if used correctly.

First of all when he made this video earthbind totem wasn't rooting the targets blablabla. Second.. I'm a Tauren shaman,,, Fire Shock, Root, Fire Nova stun+lava burst+Instant chain+frost shock, stomp Lighting bolt+frost shock. If all Crit....Fire shock =1800..Firenova=3000..lava burst=7000(depends)...chain-L=­5000..Frost shock=3900..LB=5000..Frsot S=3900..Didn't even use thunder. I have killed once a palla instantly he couldn't even bubble. ELE becomes deadly when he crits.

Wev'e all had those times when we crit something to death without being touched. My Shaman is also tauren, and yes war stomp is great for us. All i was saying is most ele shamans dont realise how good earthbind+nova is if your specced into fire totems. It gives you enough time to change the fight if needed or force a trinket in arena. Or mass cc in a big fight in a bg. Charge into pack, thunderstorm, then drop both earth bind then fire nova followed by warstomp...then run!

i know that guy had the debuff, but god lava burst is op.. it has 100% to crit unless u can dispel flame shock, and it crits for 10k and it has a 1.5 sec cast-_- mages have much less armor and stamina then shammys and they do less dmg actually.. in my guilds raids ele shammys is always on 1st dps meter

i have lvl 80 shaman (elemental) They are pretty good but if some 1 gets in ur face ur game is over theres nothing u can do example.warrior -v-ele.shaman shamn gets couple hits and warrior is on face (what u gonna do?, thunder storm?) NO he just charges back t you in 2 seconds you are dead.

You're gear is quite nice it seems, and you know how to put out dps, but you honestly seem pretty amateur at pvp. Well most of all, keyboard turning so much is gonna hurt you in the long run. Melee will try to run around you to get out of field of vision, and if you mouse turn you'll have a much better chance of getting casts off. Still, I'm glad we ele shamans can be proud of our dmg finally.

Very nice damage. My Shaman (80 Elemental) is not quite as well geared as that, and still does pretty amazing damage. In pvp im doing roughly 7-9k's with Lava burst. I guess I'll do more when I gain better gear! GJ on the vid :)
